All Mentor Radio products have a one year warranty from date of purchase. Should your unit require servicing, return it to us with a description of the problem. We service most older Mentor Radio products. Please call before sending your unit in for service, we could help you troubleshoot your issues over the phone. Our service rate is $100/Hour plus the cost of any replacement parts, shipping and handling.
